A private network,
free for everyone.
OpenLAN runs on a small server in Russia. Tap the button and you get your own slot on the LAN — your key, your address, nobody else's. Devices on the network reach each other and the hub; the rest of your internet stays untouched.
How it works
-
1Tap the button
A fresh keypair and a preshared key are generated just for you, and the hub assigns you the next free address on 10.8.0.0/24.
-
2Install AmneziaVPN and import
Scan the QR with your phone or download the config file and import it — AmneziaVPN on Android, iOS, Windows, macOS and Linux all take the same file.
-
3Connect
You're on the LAN: hub at 10.8.0.1, your device at its own address, other members reachable too. Split tunnel — only LAN traffic enters the tunnel.
Questions people actually ask
Is it really free?
Can someone else get my config?
What can I reach through the tunnel?
Why AmneziaVPN and not plain WireGuard?
I lost my config / want my slot removed
Setting up
Android
- Install AmneziaVPN (grab the arm64-v8a APK, or find it on Google Play).
- Get your config here (QR or file), then in the app: + → Connect using a config file (or scan the QR).
- Connect. Done.
iOS, Windows, macOS, Linux
Same app, same file: install AmneziaVPN for your platform from the releases page and import the downloaded .conf.
What's inside the config
[Interface] PrivateKey = <generated for you, unique> Address = 10.8.0.X/32 ← your slot Jc/Jmin/Jmax/S1/S2/H1–H4 ← obfuscation params [Peer] PublicKey = <hub> PresharedKey = <generated for you, unique> Endpoint = 132.243.18.164:32964 AllowedIPs = 10.8.0.0/24 ← split tunnel
Discovery (for scripts)
curl https://botslots.crabdance.com/lan/api/discover
Returns the hub address, endpoint, network, free-slot count and the join URL as JSON — so tools can find the network without this page.
